Who owns the copyright to the images?

FotoGroupMedia.com retains copyright on all photos for us to use the images to promote our work. FotoGroupMedia.com will release a license to reproduce/use the images for your usage.

Do you travel outside Sheffield?
Yes. We charge a small mileage fee (after 15 miles) and extra for accommodation (if required). If you’re planning to get married abroad, we will quote according to your location and requirements.
Why do I need to sign GDPR?

Many of our potential clients value their privacy and do not wish to have their photos shared on social media, magazines, websites, or any other platforms. With GDPR, we provide our clients with the opportunity to express their preferences, and we promise to respect their wishes.

Why do you require a medical statement?

It's a way for the bride and groom to provide private information to the photographer regarding any guests with a medical condition that may be triggered by flashing lights during the event. By knowing about these conditions beforehand, the photographer can prepare accordingly by using continuous lights and avoid causing any stress to the guests. This medical statement absolves the photographer of any responsibility in case of any medical issues caused by the lights during the event.

Event-wedding question

Do i have to call before booking online
Yes. It is necessary to schedule a call before booking online to ensure that the appropriate package is offered according to your event requirements.
Once we have paid our deposit, can we change the hours booked?
Yes, you can add additional hours at any time.
Can we change our date?
Yes, providing I am available for your new date.
How much deposit do you require?
20% of the package amount.
Is the deposit refundable?
No unfortunately the deposit is not refundable.
When is my balance due?

Your final payment is due 1 week before your event date.

In case i cancel the event, do i get the full amount refunded?

No, the booking fee will be held (20%).

How long before we can see our photos?

The term is 4–6 weeks from the date of your event. We will upload your images on a drive to view and download. Additionally, we will attach a copy of the contract, invoices, and a license for you to use and reproduce the images as needed.

Do you save our images so we can purchase them in the future?

All photos are archived for 2 years from the date of your shoot. However, this is not a guarantee and we accept no liability for lost images.

Is it possible to purchase the raw files (unprocessed photos)?

No. Please note that the unprocessed photos, also known as raw files, will not be sold or have their copyright transferred to the client. The photographer retains ownership of these files as they contain essential information about their work and do not represent the final, edited photos.

Art sale questions

Do you release a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. All the prints will have a signature on it and a certificate to state the authenticity of work.
Do you release a limited-edition certificate?
Yes. A limited-edition certificate will be released with all the details (ex. Print no 2 out of 10 Prints).
The image can be purchased in digital format?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation purchase with a link from a secure drive from where you can download the image at high resolution.
How long it will take for the framed art to be delivered?
The execution term is 10 working days. In some case might take longer depends on the frame supplier.
How will be packed the art print?
The unframed art print will be packed in a special tube wrapped in bubble wrap and after in water proof foil, labeled “Fragile”. The framed art will be wrapped in brown paper, bubble wrap, carboard box, labeled “Fragile”.
The art prints can be delivered in person?

Yes. We offer that service if the delivery address is 50 miles away from Sheffield, South Yorkshire and if the value of order is higher than 800 pounds.

Pet Photo Session

Do you photograph all pets?

Yes, all pets, even snakes, despite being afraid of them. I'm sure we can find a solution.

Why 2 hours long session?

Our sessions are 2 hours long to allow pets time to get comfortable with us and the camera, without any pressure.

Who covers accidents?

In case of accidents like scratches, bites, or damaged equipment by the pet, the owner will be held responsible for covering the costs of replacing the equipment and medical bills.

Model collaboration, TFP questions

What does TFP mean?
TFP stands for Trade for Photos, your time in exchange for photos.
Can I be a minor as a model for TFP?

Yes, as long as a parent or legal guardian, agrees, signs, and is present during the session.

Do I get paid for TFP?

No, it’s a free photo session.

Time limit for Photographer to use TFP photos?

The Photographer can use the photos as a result of a TFP agreement without any time frame (during his lifetime).

The Model can request the photos to be removed?

The Model can request the photos to be removed after buys the “right to use” her photos from the Photographer but not the “copyrights”, those belong to the photographer.

Photographer can still use photos despite selling rights?

The Photographer won't hold anymore the “right to use” of the photos from the TFP agreement. He won't use the photos in social media, advertisements, galleries, magazines, websites, photo competitions, etc. except in his portfolio.

The photographer can use photos if copyrights are purchased?

No, the Photographer will hold no right to the photos.

Procedure to buy rights and copyrights of photos?
The procedure is:
  • Meeting with Photographer and legal team;
  • Set up a price for the “right to use” or “copyright “depends on Model and Photographer decision;
  • An agreement will be signed by both parts.
Where can I use my photos as a result of a TFP agreement?

As a Model, you have the right to use the photos for your portfolio, social media, your website.

Using TFP photos for financial gain violates agreement terms?

  No. Those photos are only for portfolio, own website, and promotion.

Technical Questions

How to create new account?
Please, follow the next steps to activate your account.
  1. Register following the instructions at creating the account.
  2. Activate your account with the link received in the email. Check Spam or Bulk as well, it might take a few minutes to arrive.
  3. Once you activate your account, you can setup your password.
How do i activate the new account?
For the beginning you have to check your mail (Bulk or Spam). If three's no email you have to wait couple of minute's, sometime might take a few minutes.
After you receve the email, you have to activate the main account using the link from the first email, then you will secure with the new password using the link from the second email.
